Over-the-Rhine has been praised for its collection of historic architecture. The New York Times described the neighborhood as having “a scale and grace reminiscent of Greenwich Village in New York.” Most of Over-the-Rhine’s ornate brick buildings were built by German immigrants from 1865 to the 1880s

i heart this city. and it’s crazy to me that i’m getting to spend over A YEAR in the same place!! it’s so good to be able to commit to things and commit to PEOPLE!! and all because i get to stay here. God keeps doing this crazy thing that whenever i’ve tried to leave town in the past year, he’s been all, nope! you stay right where you are, young lady. i’ve got plans for you right here.
it’s so good… love him…
I just bought a box full of mason jars for $2. I’m gonna learn to start canning :)
There was also a lovely hundred-year-old spinning wheel. I have no place for it, but it was beautiful.
